When Adobe brought their largest creative conference, Adobe MAX, online and made the event free to everyone during the pandemic, we created CoCreate: MAX, a program to provide paid jobs to creatives in need.

A recruitment graphic for CoCreate featuring a black background with peach-colored abstract shapes, white geometric art icons, the phrase "We're hiring a team" with a colorful underline, and supportive speech bubbles that say "I'm not sure what art is" and "But I like it".
A cartoon digital illustration of a smartphone screen showing an error message that says 'oops! something went wrong.' There is a pixelated white computer mouse cursor pointing at the message. The background features a colorful abstract frame with orange, purple, and pink borders, and a blue speech bubble in the bottom right corner that reads 'I'm not sure what art is'.
A colorful, modern graphic with a black circle in the center containing text that says, "All creators are welcome. All positions are paid," with a dollar sign icon. Surrounding the circle is a circular message that states, "All creators are welcome. All creators are welcome." There is a purple speech bubble in the lower left corner with the text, "BUT I LIKE IT," and the background has misaligned geometric shapes in pink, purple, orange, and black with a gradient and textured effect.
A graphic design project credits page with a black background, rainbow-colored border, and white text listing the names of contributors under categories: CoCreate (logo in rainbow colors), Graphic Design, Illustration, Motion Media, and Wildcard.
