Tripadvisor faced a pivotal turning point in its business transformation: evolving from a click-off model into a comprehensive travel planning and booking platform to increase user engagement and lifetime value. Enter Tripadvisor Rewards.

This exclusive in-app program incentivized users to book and engage with the platform using “Trip Cash.” In partnership with Koto, I led brand design efforts across every touchpoint, culminating in a multi-channel campaign to get the word out to our community. While liaising with external partners, I also worked closely with Tripadvisor’s Product team to overhaul our app onboarding process and refine critical brand moments within the app experience.
